Pros
You can work shorter hours in the branches. The pay is not as low as others. This company demands less so if your trying to learn banking you could fill a spot here.
Cons
Branch Operations needs a gross overhaul. Some members of retail management are badly under qualified. Products are a decade behind and don't quite hit the mark.
