Pros
Really easy to engage with the community and to learn. The training was very detailed. This was my first banking job, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I enjoy it a lot.
Cons
Very busy and fast paced, but the work is distributed well amongst all team members. It does seem to take a while to get promotions, but that can also be a positive aspect, as they ensure you master your current skills.
