Pros

Some excellent low-level employees across programs Resources provided to workers (phones, laptops, work space, etc)

Cons

Massive culture problem and low morale in in-home program that continuously gets worse with policy changes. Heavy focus on hours billed rather than comprehensive treatment for clients. Questionable ethics; management low-key encourages fraud via paperwork billing to maintain billing quotas (ie "automatically bill a unit for specific tasks regardless of time taken") Employees routinely have to work unpaid and unreported overtime in order to make billing. Occasionally management says this should not be done, but fall under quotas and you're fired. Therapists constantly bullied and treated like children; forced to report detailed minute-by-minute accounts of non-billable work, which often takes longer than the work itself. Therapists pushed to condescend and add more red tape for clients. Highly culturally incompetent management across the board. Very little transparency; this is an office of hushed voices and rumors as employees are kept in the dark about coming changes. Brunt of culture problem and toxic work environment placed on low-level employees who work massive hours with low wages. Vacation time is given, but taking it is nearly impossible if you want to keep your job. Employee voices are not heard or respected - any attempts to make it seem otherwise come across as condescending and placating because it is never in regards to important issues.
