Pros
It’s an extremely welcoming environment. For the most part I love my coworkers. Supervisors (when they’re available) are more than willing to help and answer questions.
Cons
Training is seriously lacking for new hires much of the time. And if you’ve been for any amount of time, they kind of just throw you into the field and leave it up to you to figure out what you don’t know/where you need support which is really hard when you don’t event know what you’re doing.
