Many different locations and positions, company is usually always hiring.

Cons

Supervisors are extremely unprofessional and have unrealistic expectations. “Team coaches” are bullies and don’t actually help you. Turnover is high because they don’t pay well for what the job entails. For being a human service company, no one seems to actually care about employees mental health and potential burn out.
