Pros
This job could be very fun very motivating and very satisfying if they remove the district manager and find someone else. The pros are a stable 40 hours an hourly wage and bonus options for performance. Nice bookkeepers.
Cons
The cons would start with of course the district manager. There is way too much emphasis on rental growth and goals and not enough on employee retention. They pay a very low hourly wage with small commissions. Year after year salaries get lower and more responsibilities added.
