Cons
Unrealistic bonus structure not based on actual statistics whatsoever. 50 tenants moved in in one month was the goal and the most they had ever had in 4 years was 39. When I asked how they calculated bonus targets I was told it's based on how much money the location owner wants to achieve. So not based on past performance or any metrics. Just what they wished they made. No one bonuses month after months. I had a great month with net 19 move ins over move outs which was a record and I got nothing. Also the training is non existent. They have a very detailed training program but don't give their managers time to execute it. They are to run their locations by themselves and train at the same time. The trainee after 15 days is thrown in to run a location without support whether they are ready or not.
