Terrible, almost hostile and abusive work environment. Overinflated grades so students will pass. Acceptance guaranteed to mostly substandard students. Acceptance based on ability to get a loan, not based on test scores, interview, GPA, etc. Comletely Incompetent dean who takes undue credit for the faculty that do all the work. No praise or raises for faculty, everyone is replaceble except for management.
