      Pros

      Great experience with working with students and colleagues. Pay is okay

      Cons

      Extremely long hours and overworked. Pay could be better, and definitely favoritism plays a strong presence within each campus and especially corporate. Turnover is extremely high and leadership does not care about their staff.
