Poor work environment - Anonymous employee West Coast University Employee Review

Very poor toxic work environment. Money is the bottom line. Heavy workload. Poor turnover. Lots of instability. There is a lot of unfair treatment at campuses. There is much favoritism from Management to certain types of people. Management at the campus level is unqualified, unfair and cutthroat. Most of the deans and directors have very little leadership experience. University Administration micromanages, and is almost abusive with their treatment to employees. Can’t keep Deans at campuses. Don’t care about employees.
