      Pros

      Great pay, holidays are paid, winter break for faculty as well

      Cons

      Management isn't too good. They don't have accountability and no leadership. If something goes wrong, they will blame you for it. Words get twisted and they throw you under the bus. No direction or guidance from management and they expect you to fix issues by yourself.
