High Turnover, no work-life balance - Admission Representative West Coast University Employee Review

Everything. Management wants to get to numbers that are unrealistic. They don't care how hard you work, if you have 0 enrollments in a week they think you are not even trying and keep putting more pressure on you. I have worked in other Admission Departments before but nothing like WCU. They blame Admissions and in fact is Financial Aid that has no idea how to package students. Only one FA person was actually good and he is no longer there. No one actually cares. They expect you to work until 10pm
