This used to be a great company years before but it has become the worst place to work at.
Cons
Most toxic work environment. The current leadership with admissions and online are terrible people. They rule by fear and all they are concern about is numbers numbers numbers. They do not care about the students or the employees. Everything they do is all about enrolling students and not caring about the best interest of the students. They want MONEY! Very poor leadership. All the good people who were once leaders are all gone. This new culture is horrible, it is a no brainer why all the good people have left. They do not invest in training and in their staff. Most ridiculous work place environment. Information given to students on the field are false making it hard to attract good students.
