Pros
Everyone from maintenance to presidents really want students to be successful. One of the president always makes a point to drop in and talk to everyone so for a big place it feels like nice, like we're a small school. Presidents and campus leaders always tell us how well our students are doing. We know we're doing great things for our students!
Cons
They say the two presidents and campus leaders are in charge and they're the ones we see most and actually talk to us. They really support the students and those of us working with students but there's a corporate office with a bunch of vp titles that no one seems to have influence over who make decisions without talking to the leaders in charge. And we never see the corporate talking heads except to drop in, throw out some orders, criticize what's being done, then telling us they'll be back to check. The leaders who should be in charge do a good job trying to smooth things over after the fact but often seem to be getting corporate decision the same time we do. The corporate homchos talk about what the owner tells them to do so it's clear who's really in charge. Corporate drones spend time telling us about how much they talk to owner more than anything else.
