Depends on the department - Program Manager West Coast University Employee Review

Unfortunately, leadership is primarily made up of narcissists. HR is there for the leadership team not for the employees. I was bullied and belittled several times by several different people in leadership. I was the third person on my team to quit because of the poor treatment my the people is management positions. If you're lucky enough to get into a department that isnt like that then its a good place to work. Unfortunately, many of the departments within the organization are run by people who dont deserve to be in their positions.
