Pros
This is a high-quality institution with good people, a motivating environment, and lots of growth opportunities. It's student-centered, but as an employee I feel respected, supported, and invested in. Benefits are great, including an early release on Fridays before holiday weekends!
Cons
The bar is high for the caliber of work expected, but everyone around you helps you achieve your goals and supports each other. I meet new people every week and it is a fantastic team all around!
