Pros
People are very good, highly educated, success-oriented and make you step up your game to be relevant and keep up. New office in Chicago is very cool and adds even more collegial feel than even before. Transparency is real with financials and strategy, client satisfaction scores, and what leadership is thinking and doing (even personal calendars are open to view!). Not the same as other mid sized firms who really just do staff augmentation and project management or general IT consulting. West Monroe is a consulting firm with management/strategy/industry capabilities, business process/functional capabilities, and technology expertise and implementation.
Cons
Variety and velocity of projects often result in juggling or multitasking which is hard to keep head above water at times, not for people who want long single project and client engagements for year(s).
