Pros

Decent starting rate, some opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Always fixing what isn't broken. Ruined the raise structure. Encourage managers to be overbearing and get rid of anyone with tenure.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being a member of the West Shore Home team for more than three years. We're pleased to hear you've found value in the compensation and advancement opportunities available within the company. We're disappointed to learn that your experience with leadership and organizational changes has not met your expectations. As our company continues to grow, we regularly evaluate our processes, programs, and structures to support both our employees and long-term success. While change can sometimes be challenging, our goal is always to create opportunities for growth and improvement across the organization. We encourage team members to share feedback and concerns with their leaders and Human Resources so they can be discussed constructively and addressed whenever possible. We appreciate your contributions and thank you for your continued commitment to West Shore Home.

Pros

Compensation when they don’t alter your commissions for stupid reasons!

Cons

Upper management does not care about the person. They tout retention but it never applies to the sales team. They have an unwritten cycle. Work 3 yrs then give you crap leads and bring in new dc’s. Sales managers do not take “coaching plans” seriously. Just a way to cycle you out.
