Thank you for your review, and thank you also for your long tenure here at WestEd! We always appreciate hearing from current employees. I would certainly agree that intelligence, respect, and dedication are hallmarks of WestEd employees. I appreciate your individual experience of the socialization level and modernity here, though I would like to refer you to our allocated budget for each office location set aside for social activities each year. There is a large diversity of work, multiple projects and programs across more than a dozen different office locations, as well as a significant percentage of our employee base who are remote workers, so one person’s employee experience may differ widely from another’s.
