We have many opportunities for employees to connect with leadership to include: WestEd Community Chat on 1st Friday of every month & Employee Resource Groups (Asian Pacific Islander Desi American, Black Diaspora Network, BDN Allies , Council for Indigenous Relations, Careers, Leadership and Equity, Comunidad Latina, Focus on Disability Perspectives, Inclusive in Tech and PRIDE Alliance). There are other networking options listed on Inside WestEd. As for our technology systems, we have already implemented AI and encourage you to view IT's calendar of classes for options.
