Pros
Benefits are great. People are smart. I thought we did great work on our small team. Colleagues and managere were helpful.
Cons
The assessment team has been in place for a while. But when work scope expands, they are willing to hire more people. The "first in, first out" philosophy is strictly adhered to in these circumstances. The organization does not commit itself to assessment, despite have a very experienced team. They only care about research, which is their core business. Within the assessment group, there was some micromanagement, but there was also plenty of support. Project managers dominated over content experts. At times this created a challenging environment. At times, they were effective. Depends on how you prefer to work. The client we had was extra erratic but we we somehow maintained a supportive environment.
