*staff are often overworked *poor staff are promoted or found work while excellent staff are left to fend for themselves and scramble to find work when projects end *HR is useless when issues arise *questionable financial practices by managers with no actual business or financial education *whistleblowers are kept from getting promotions while obedient ones get the jobs *little room for growth *siloed programs *recent restructuring basically demoted managers and directors *pretend to be DEI focused yet not in practice
