      Company does not offer benefits for field workers and they promise 401 k and it is non existent. This is not something that I recommend company lacks organization. You go to strange people's homes this can be dangerous chance of being bitten by dog etc... this is a contract job. Also the training starts at 8 am you will have no time to explore city out of training is in

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
