Pros

Good work/life balance, friendly coworkers.

Cons

-Low pay -Some managers will be deliberately negligent and downright petty about their treatment of some employees, retreating them like children. Only reason I give a four star rating is because most of the time, the assistant managers were more helpful than the head managers themselves. -With the inevitable lag of employment between projects because of budget issues, benefits are just not competitive. Good employees aren't given enough for being dedicated to their work.

Pros

Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

Cons

Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
