      Pros

      Wonderful benefits Some great coworkers Employee owned firm Interesting work I've had some really wonderful experiences here. I've had some great coworkers and really interesting work.

      Cons

      Some unbearable senior management Only 6 days off per year (holiday leave- anything else is vacation) Conflict avoidant culture Layoffs lately (like many research firms that rely on gov. funding) It's really hard to climb the ladder without a Ph.D. or someone in your department that fights hard for you that has a lot of pull. There's some cliques. If you're not in them you don't get work.

      Pros

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
