      Multidisciplinary, room for advancement, friendly co-workers, employee-owned, some managers promote work-life balance

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive, company has trouble keeping younger talent - constantly losing newer workers to companies with better pay and benefits once they have a little experience, Aging workforce means that company policies and benefits are aimed at those who will retire soon rather than recruiting and retaining new talent, clunky and inefficient

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
