Pros

Free parking and Coffee. Every other benefit you pay for one way or another.

Cons

The management is a 'insider club', and everyone else is expendable, no loyalty, no reward for working long days(12 hour expected is normal). Weekend work, is expected even though you will not be given any comp time. Project managers are the worst, and as you go up management ladder it gets worse. Your only usefulness is what can you do for me today. Is it worth the time to spend here to fluff up your resume and move on quickly? However, as I found out later, having Westat on your resume is not that great if you ask around. The projects that they have had for years are slowly going to other companies, and the bad rep is starting to sour the relationships they had with key government agencies. Bottom line, take the time to look around, you can probably do better in the long run.
