Pros
No mass layoffs since the contracts tend to overlap and are multi year. They’re good at moving people to projects when they have downtime. Everyone gets an office
Cons
Horrible manager- insults subordinates in meetings, dismisses experience, won’t let people transfer to other positions. Serious lack of sensitivity towards people with disabilities. Travel is mandatory even if at hiring you’ve stated you can’t travel Extremely filthy buildings with mild, rodents and drywall chunks everywhere Resistance to change, lack of modern technology, lack of business skills of managers Value education over experience for lower ranks, while higher ranks have never worked anywhere else and lack diverse skills They hire part time people knowing exactly when they’re going to release them, but lie to their faces about future opportunities Extremely low pay
