Work at home, part time work available

Cons

They say that you have to work a minimum of 15 hours but these hours are not guaranteed. After training I would try to go into the scheduler to register for hours and they were mostly blocked out in all red. If they are blocked out you can not schedule. Your 15 hours are not guaranteed.

Pros

Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

Cons

Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
