Flexible Schedule and some coworkers are great to work with and smart.
Cons
The company cares little about you unless you are a senior level person. Cronyism is how open positions get filled around here. There are other reviews on here that mention race and I will tell you I've experienced it for myself. HR won't do much since the more seniority you have, the more you're able to get away with things. If you are a minority applicant or minority employee I'm sorry to have to tell you that you will have to know someone in a senior management position in order to get a job here. The company tries to act like racial discrimination doesn't happen here but incidents don't get reported because some in HR fail to realize they are the reason why minorities stay quiet. It's also clear that HR would prefer that positions go to white people. People of color just don't fit the criteria of the type of people they want working here.
