Pros

ESOP, Cafe, Gym, real offices not open floor plan or cubicles. Liked-mind peers and coworkers.

Cons

Pay is below industry standards. No company-wide standard for flexible hours or teleworking. Middle and senior management know their studies but lack standard project management skills. Even worse, they lack skills in managing people. There seems to be a desire to return pre-80's workplace model. Let fear and intimidation motivate employees instead of creating a positive, engaging work environment. Young people are fleeing, most may get a year in to build their resume but find better paying jobs with rewarding work elsewhere.
