      Pros

      You travel all across the US on the NHANES study and I believe in that study! The added benefits are the per diem, car, gas and bonuses when you interview someone.

      Cons

      Immediate supervisors are under pressure to make numbers and of course that passes on to the employee. Employees are expected to be available 24/7 and to work overtime hours without being paid for them. Constant life on the road is very stressful and difficult.

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
