      Pros

      Stable company with good benefits, gym and cafe on campus. You will get diverse experience. You can work remotely.

      Cons

      If you are hired as a Research Assistant - you can forget about advancing even if you work hard, take on more responsibilities or get an advanced degree. The management is a boy's club, and it really doesn't matter how stellar your reviews are. They would rather hire from outside than promote from within.

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
