      Leadership was good, Data Collectors are offered an opportunity for advancement and submit feedback-positive or negative. One of the perks of working as a Data Collector, when schedule came out one could accept the hours or decline the hours.

      Cons

      Work is scheduled based on needs of the project you're assigned to. One can accept or decline a project as a Data Collector.

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
