You work independently. You don’t have to wear a mask in your office
Cons
You don’t get paid for holidays. You don’t get PTO only sick . If you call out for personal you will be short hours. If you want to make hours for that unpaid holidays it’s difficult because you they give you a time fame it’s impossible to make time up. You have to be out of the building certain hour. They treat you like your dumb. Their communication is rude .
