Pros

Work on your own schedule (within parameters) Pay is above minimum wage

Cons

If anyone ever took a class on Motivational Behavior, they chose to structure management to do the exact opposite. I have been bullied, accused of cheating on my time sheet, pressured to work more and longer hours than I was hired for, and treated as if I were the lowliest of the low. Voluminous instruction books and directions, but little or no human contact. Miserable work, low pay, and very little respect.
