      Great place to gain knowledge and experience. Supervisors can be great mentors. Good stepping stone.

      Cons

      Individuals who are looking for professional growth should stand back because this will take a substantial amount of time. The majority of the senior managers have been with the company for more that 20 years. The pay for junior level staff is very low.

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
