The most disorganized and toxic management I've experienced in my 15+ years of working. The managers don't know how to measure my performance so they constantly hounded me about what I was doing, a breakdown of tasks and forcing me to choose options they wanted instead if giving me autonomy. The workload is manageable but it is not a good learning environment. They want you to be the robotic worker that the old haggards working there have become. They constantly questioned my reasoning even though they liked to go in circles about one thing with their <60 IQ level.
