      Pros

      make my own schedule, paid weekly, love the work! The higher ups are fantastic and it is a great remote job I would work here forever.

      Cons

      Projects have limited time frame so it is only temporary if you are in the field across the US. Other than that, I have not seen a down side to working with Westat.

      Pros

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
