      Zero. This company is private federal contractor.

      Cons

      Company misrepresents the job and number of hours required. Steals wages and benefits from employees. Can't comply with their own company policies much less federal Service Contract Act and FLSA requirements. Hires part time but is less than part time except when they want you to work 40 hours with no notice and no benefits

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
