Pros
they pay, on time. You can opt to travel, you're free enough to make your own schedule so you can probably fit it in any schedule for a decent part-time job
Cons
they expect full-time employee availability while offering part time work, no real room for career advancement or even a hope to transition to a full time career (management positions are few in between), you're basically expected to be available whenever you're needed but when work slows down they have nothing for you, some questionable ethics when trying to get respondent participation
