      Remote, set own Hours, decent pay

      Cons

      They will no longer insure your spouse if they have access to coverage (no matter how bad that may be), so I don’t think this is a company who looks out for people. That’s really awful as now my wife has little to no coverage bc her company offers subpar coverage.

      Some of the leadership are fantastic! Pay is fair

      Cons

      Some staff do not respect lower staff; especially when they are Black lower level staff. Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to training up staff as opposed to hiring consultants Benefits and pay suffered after the administration took over Work-life balance frequently is an issue. Intrusive work expectations.
