Great community for people, get to know everybody and everybody is friendly. Great environment. Great placement of building, which is next to Theale train station and also the M4 and the A4. Involvements on projects

Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
