Whilst Westcoast does provide an increasing exciting place to work - parking is not easy to fix. More home working, a recent office expansion and a tax efficient cycle to work programme go some way to relieving our parking space deficit! Promise to lively and involved too forever! Alex

Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
