Pros
The people and teams within Westcoast itself are great. Everyone helps each other and works as a large family unit. If ever there is an issue there is someone within an arms reach to help you overcome your challenge. Lots of training is provided to help all (no matter the previous career background) to achieve the best they can, allowing you to work confidently. The incentives and promos are great also, spread across the entire range of products we provide to make sure no matter your team or area of expertise you will always be involved and in the running.
Cons
The only Con I can think of is the parking situation. The company has grown significantly in the last 5 years i have been here and due to this the limited parking has become stretched. however albeit a con, this shows the growth and popularity of this company.
