Firstly thank you leaving a review. Clearly I am disappointed that you had a bad experience at Westcoast. Each team can set their own rules and generally we have a relaxed attitude to work with a relentless focus on the customer (however they speak to us!). We are in a dynamic industry that changes all the time and Westcoast are growing at a phenomenal rate creating some growing pains along the way. Most importantly, we have invested in heavily in Learning & Development and every staff member (including management) has training on our values and culture. Alex
