This is great feedback. We have put so many things in place to improve communication with staff and I am always delighted to be in front of our people to brief them on our performance, strategy and future plans. We can always do more and with Pulse, our intranet, and Horizon , our new HR system, will really help.

Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
