I love working at Westcoast, there is a great culture, there is a lot of progression, and opportunities to develop.

Cons

nothing bad to say, more work functions would be great.

I agree - we have such a great culture that inevitably we would enjoy socialising even more. Plenty of opportunity for more informal events though.

Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
