I am sorry if you feel as though you didn't have support from senior management as I personally am always prepared to help anyone achieve their targets. Not everyone is successful though but we love those that give it a go. We are Britain's largest privately owned IT business and we absolutely lead the sector in the UK - oh yes and we are friendly! Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
