Firstly I am very sorry to see such a review as this is most unusual for our company. We have grown so much during a challenging time during the pandemic and I have prioritised care for our people as critical to the organisation's success. Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
